A high school teacher, Gray Perrier, is having a meeting with the parent, Penny Barber, of one of her students. As they chat, Gray mentions that another student is about to come in so that Gray can give her her reward for being top of the class. Penny is aware of the unique incentive Gray gives her students, and says she doesn't mind at all. The student, Kimmy Kimm, then comes in and has free-use sex with Gray, all while Gray and Penny continue the meeting as if nothing strange is happening at all!
